The Brief
FitFuel is a hybrid fitness platform combining mobile app and web experience. They help users stay accountable through calorie tracking, personalized workouts, and social motivation—making fitness approachable and community-driven.
The Challenge: Generic branding wasn't cutting through. Their "Get fit with friends" tagline felt hollow, user acquisition stagnated, and retention dropped. Inconsistent messaging across all touchpoints diluted their impact in a saturated $100B market.
